Labor and Material Costs
Change. These costs were
compiled in the fall of 1995 and projected to mid
-1996
by adding 4% to 6%.
This estimate will be
accurate for some materials but
inaccurate for others.
No one can predict
material price changes accurately.
No cost fits every job. Good estimates are custom
made
for a particular project by a single contractor
through
judgment, analysis and experience.
